A 2-hour workshop for parents and carers

★     Does mealtime feel like a daily battle with your child?

★      Are you unsure how to introduce new foods without stress or conflict?

★     Would you like practical strategies to make eating enjoyable and build confidence around food?

This interactive workshop is designed for parents and carers who want to understand picky eating and learn how to support their child’s oral sensory development using the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) approach.

Over two hours, you will:

●   Learn what the SOS approach is and how it helps children explore and accept food in a structured, positive way

●   Understand the factors that influence picky eating, including sensory sensitivities, texture preferences, and mealtime dynamics

●   Explore practical strategies to make mealtimes fun, reduce anxiety, and encourage trying new foods

●   Gain tips to embed food exploration into daily routines in an engaging, stress-free way

●   Share experiences and reflect on your child’s unique food preferences and strengths

Led by experienced practitioners, this workshop combines theory, practical guidance, and interactive activities, empowering parents to support their child in developing healthy, positive eating habits while making mealtimes enjoyable for the whole family.
